mod 1979 questions

since 3 days i racinng 1979mod and found some questiosns reggarding setups
1. is there a groundeffect represented in mod?
2. is it turbo?
3. what is main trick to drive groundeffect cars? somehow i cant understand when exiting corner i gain speed and why sometimes km/h drops at the end of straight... like there is some boost i need to do in right time, and if no then boost fades away.. i cant understand principle.
4.watching documentary about groundeffect cars and so far i understand - i need low chassis, and superhard springs... WHAT ELSE?
5. setup ABC for groundeffect car?
maybe something i missed...

Only the Renault has a turbo engine as far as I remember.
About setting up theese cars I guess many of our drivers can give you good advises here.
