many leagues asked for darker textures to avoid visual problem
so....

-darker textures for asphalt and grass
-updated shaders and specular maps
-updated all track's objects reflection
-reduced fog

thanks to svictor fixed problems reported: asphalt too dark in some situations, rainy reflections and issue with lights at night

- fixed real road shader setting
- fixed road textures
- fixed wet reflection
- fixed objects flickering
- fixed some trees with wrong orientation
- added a few night lights
- improved GDB track info
